Napolean

April 24, 2007

Here’s a cartoon I did last year after I had read a biography of Napolean. He was a smart dude. Apparently he could do about seven things at the same time. He’d often dictate three different letters to three different scribes at the same time. Creepy. I can only do one thing at a time. And I’ll usually put it off ’til tomorrow.

(Soon I will be posting some real paid-for illustrations I’ve been doing in the last week. So come back soon.)

Forest Soccer

April 4, 2007

When I started this blog of my work, I had honest intentions of slapping my writing all over it. That just hasn’t really happened. So in the tradition of avoiding putting actual writing up, here is another video. It was filmed in a forest in London about 2 years ago. Forest soccer as a concept is pretty cool, but I’d recommend trying it in a place without nettles. Oh, and thanks in advance to The Offspring for not being too upset about me using one of their songs – I’m pretty sure those guys are nihilists anyway.

Gangrene fingers

April 2, 2007

This young avocado pip began its life in a friend’s wife’s fridge. I manfully rescued it and began raising it as my own. My first mistake was growing it upside down so that its roots were being singed by the sun and its tiny stem was gasping for air. I flipped it over about two months later when my natural intuition for plants finally kicked in.

Now a lady from the nursery visits every couple of days to check that everything is still going fine. So far it is.

Avo

Ogle

I drew a pretty hot looking girl on the left hand page of my sketch book. I drew this guy on the right hand page, there was little I could do to stop him from ogling her. She ended up turning her face away, ruining all my hard work I’d done in making her look hot. So you’ll have to make do with this lecherous creep. Apologies to all.
